Official Rules

Eligibility:

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States of America, except where prohibited, who: (i) are 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, whichever is greater, and (ii) are legally able to work in the United States of America.

In addition to the above, no board member, employee, or immediately family members of a board member or employee of Drive Fun Do Good, its subsidiaries, affiliates, parents, or Two Brothers Auto Group Inc., shall be permitted to win this Promotion. For purposes of this Promotion, “immediate family” is defined as the board member/employee and their spouse or partner, and their parents, children, brothers, and sisters. It is the intent of the Sponsor in creating and enforcing this rule to avoid the creation of a conflict of interest or even the appearance of a conflict of interest.

Odds

The Promotion shall sell up to 4,000 raffle tickets. Therefore, the odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible raffle tickets purchased. However, at no time shall the odds of winning be any less than one in 4,000.

Duration:

The Promotion will begin on November 25, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. EST and continue through until the earlier of: (i) all the raffle tickets being sold; or (ii) July 1, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Promotion Period”).

Method of Entry:

The tickets are priced at $50 per ticket. Tickets will be available for purchase at drivefundogood.com. All ticket sales must be completed by July 1, 2027, 11:59 p.m. EST. At the time of entry, you must give a valid email address and phone number. Please note that raffle tickets are NOT tax-deductible.

Description of Prize:

The “Prize” shall be a 1998 Nissan Skyline (R34) Coupe, VIN GF-ER34-018179.

There will be no alternative prize or cash alternative in lieu of the Prize.

Sponsor agrees to pay all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the winner’s receipt and acceptance of the Prize. All other fees associated with the Prize including, but not limited to, registration, license, title, and insurance fees shall remain the responsibility of the winner.

Winner

To be declared the winner of the Promotion, all Promotion requirements must be fulfilled, as specified herein. Promotion entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

The winner will be determined by a random drawing of all eligible entrants received by the entry deadlines. The winner need not be present to win. Drawing for the winner shall occur seven (7) days after the close of the Promotion Period. The Drawing shall occur at Two Brothers Auto Group Inc. located at 3901 Cleveland Ave. NW, Canton, OH 44709 at a time to be determined.

The winner will be notified by phone and email. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail, other security settings, inability to respond or collect the Prize, or provision of incorrect, ineligible, or otherwise defective contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize within fifteen (15) calendar days from the time award notification was sent, the Prize shall be forfeited, and an alternate winner shall be selected.

Collection of Prize:

The winner shall be responsible for collecting the Prize from Two Brothers Auto Group Inc. located at 3901 Cleveland Ave. NW, Canton, OH 44709. Additionally, the winner shall be responsible for: (i) providing all documentation and information necessary to transfer title to the Prize; and (ii) completing all necessary paperwork in order to transfer title of the Prize. If the winner shall, within fifteen (15) calendar days from the time aware notification was sent, fail to collect the Prize in accordance with this section, the Prize shall be forfeited, and an alternate winner shall be selected.

Disclaimer and Release:

By purchasing tickets and entering the Promotion, you agree to abide by the Official Rules. You also agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and/or its respective officers, directors, members, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and parents from any and all liabilities, claims or causes of action arising from the Promotion, including, without limitation, real or perceived flaws or problems relating to the raffle drawing process, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of the Prize. Sponsor makes no warranties or other representations, express or implied, regarding the prize, its safety or fitness for any use, or for the tax consequences, if any, except as set forth herein, of purchasing a ticket or winning a prize in the Promotion.

By participating in the Promotion and/or accepting the Prize, you grant Sponsor, and anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed or discovered in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Promotion, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

General Terms and Information:

The Promotion is governed by and subject to the laws of the United States and the state of Ohio (“Applicable Law”).

The receipt by any winner of the Prize is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.

The winner authorizes Sponsor to report the award of the Prize in accordance with Applicable Law. The winner shall supply Sponsor with a valid tax identification number and all tax information necessary to allow Sponsor to file any tax forms necessary in connection with this Promotion.

Prize details not set forth herein shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. You agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor and any related Promotion entities are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of Promotions or the announcement of the Prize, or for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegal entries.

Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or (b) violating these Official Rules.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER (AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF SPONSOR) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS THE WINNER OF THE PROMOTION AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Disputes/Governing Law:

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in Promotion, you agree that any and all dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or Prize, or the determination of winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of litigation or class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain an award for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

All issues and questions rights and obligations in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ohio, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof.
